The platform

One secure hub for the whole event

Every event gets its own platform on its own web address, in its own branding. Here’s what goes into one, and who each part is for.

For delegates

Easy to join, easy to follow

One sign-in

The stream, Q&A, programme, posters and downloads are all in one place. There’s nothing to install.

Any device

Desktop, laptop, tablet or phone, in any modern browser. Delegates can pick a lower quality on slow connections.

Live Q&A

Ask questions, anonymously if they prefer, and up-vote the ones they want answered.

Live programme

The running order shows what’s on now and who’s speaking, with full biographies.

E-posters

A gallery of research posters to browse between sessions, with authors and topics.

Help when they need it

Step-by-step help pages for the stream and on-demand player, plus a person to email on the day.

Registration and tickets

Delegates in, the right people only

Choose how people get in. Open registration for public events, invitation-only lists for members, or paid tickets for conferences that charge. Either way, only signed-in delegates can see the stream and recordings.

  • Self-registration, or delegate lists imported from your spreadsheet
  • Optional paid tickets, with access opening once payment clears
  • Password reset, two-factor sign-in and session protection
  • Welcome emails and joining instructions from your own address
Live streaming

Produced properly, with a backup ready

We produce the stream, add titles and speaker names, and send it to the platform on two separate paths. If one has a problem, delegates switch to the other without leaving the page.

  • Multi-camera, slides and remote speakers mixed by our production team
  • A backup stream on a separate path, one click away for delegates
  • Live Q&A and polls beside the player
  • Viewing time recorded for every delegate
On demand

A library that stays useful after the day

Recordings are edited, encoded and published in the same hub, usually within a day. Delegates who missed something can catch up, and your viewing reports keep counting.

  • Chapters for every session, set from the programme
  • 1080p, 720p and 480p versions
  • Resume where you left off, on any device
  • Videos can only be watched by signed-in delegates, never downloaded from a public link
For organisers

The figures you need, without chasing them

Organiser dashboard

Registrations, sign-ins, viewers through the day and watch time by session.

Spreadsheet exports

Delegate lists, sign-in history and viewing time, ready for CPD records and funder reports.

Certificates

Attendance certificates with each delegate’s name, ready to download.

Easy content changes

Update the programme, speakers and downloads yourself, or send them to us and we’ll do it.

Moderator tools

Chapter editing for on-demand video and Q&A moderation for chairs.

Privacy built in

Cookie consent, minimal data collection and delegate data that stays on your platform.

Your brand

Your event, not ours

Delegates see your organisation from the sign-in page to the certificate. Once it’s built, the platform can be refreshed for next year’s event or used across a programme of webinars.

  • Your logo, colours and imagery throughout
  • Your own web address, such as conference.yourorganisation.org
  • Emails and certificates in your branding
  • Reusable for your next event or a whole series
Fully produced or platform only

Have us run it, or run it yourself

The platform is available with our production team or on its own, so AV and streaming companies and event agencies can offer it to their clients under their own name.

For event organisers

Fully produced

Everything on this page, plus our production team: we build the platform, produce the stream, look after your speakers and delegates, and send you the reports.

  • One team from planning to final report
  • Multi-camera and remote speakers mixed for you
  • Backup stream watched throughout
