Who we are

This website is run by Derham Productions Ltd. If you have any questions about this notice or your data, email hello@derhamproductions.com.

What we collect

Contact form. When you send us a message we receive your name, email address, organisation and the details you give us about your event. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss your event. Messages are emailed to us and kept on the website server so none go missing.

Demo event. You don’t need an account to try the demo. If you type your name, it is kept in your browser session to personalise the demo and is forgotten when the session ends. Questions you type into the demo Q&A stay in your own browser and are never sent to us.

Server logs. Like most websites, our server records technical information such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
